This is my first sketch for :iconkitty-cat-angel:'s Sketch-a-day challenge for 2012.

I know I'm submitting late but it was finished before midnight on the first :D This late uploading trend may continue into mid to late January due to an absolute shit-ton of work I have to do. But I'll make sure to finish each sketch on its correct day.

So, I'm doing a fan-art poster thing for my friend of the League of Legends character Mordekaiser.
So I figured I'd start the sketch challenge with a quick doodle to get a feel for the character.

So this was a quick ten minute thing, as is evidenced by the rubbish proportions and the bad placing on the page. Oh and whoever can tell me where my lightsource is gets a cookie.
But yes, just a sketch. Hope the next one is better.

Dude, for a ten-minute work, this is really good! All the details on the mecha, and even shading on the metal... It took around 1.5 hours for me to finish my first sketch for the 365-day challenge :sniff:
